Description:Our study unprecedentedly illustrated the expression profiles of tRFs & tiRNAs in DC rat and four tRFs & tiRNAs (tiRNA-Gly-GCC-002, tRF-Tyr-GTA-029, tRF-Thr-TGT-039 and tRF-Gln-CTG-046) were found to be involved in the pathogenesis of DC. The putative genes and signaling pathways were further revealed and provided a novel perspective for successive study about the exact mechanism of DC.
