Description:According to the tRF&tiRNA-Seq data, we identified 30 tRFs&tiRNAs between the two groups, of which 17 were up-regulated (fold change >2.6, P < 0.05) and 13 were down-regulated (fold change >2.0, P < 0.05) in tumor tissues relative to NATs (Fig. 1A).
